Lila has a Doctorate in Education with a specialty in New Technologies from Columbia University-New York, a Master's
in Didactics and a Bachelor's degree in Educational Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires.
She recently sworked as General Director of the Tarbut School and previously as General Director of the Maguen David
School in Mexico City, and the Martin Buber School in the city of Buenos Aires. She was part of and continues to collaborate
with the Fundamentals of Educational Technology chair at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the UBA (Universidad
de Buenos Aires). She created and directed the Center for Innovation in Technology and Pedagogy of the Secretariat for
Academic Affairs of the University of Buenos Aires and worked as an educational technologist at the Columbia Center for
New Media Teaching and Learning at Columbia University-New York.
She has been a teacher at the primary, secondary and university levels and Academic Director of DETE -School Directorate
for Educational Transformation-, an educational innovation program at the University of San Andrés. In particular, her
current interests revolve around changing the organizational culture of the school, design thinking and the construction of
pedagogical transformation devices from educational technology.
Since July 2022 he has been working as St. Andrew´s Head Of School.
