Axel Jeannot - Arts Leader

Axel is a former pupil of St. Andrew’s. He graduated in 1993.

Director, teacher, actor, singer and psychologist.

Axel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, from Universidad de Belgrano, and a postgraduate degree in Integrative Group Cognitive Psychotherapy from Fundación Aiglé.

He studied acting in New York and Buenos Aires. He is director and singer in Grupo Vocal VOXPOP and his Production Company represents bands and actors.

He has directed musicals on calle Corrientes and is Artistic Director of CENTRO ARTISITICO LA TRIBU DEL ARTE, a studio for Musicals and Combined Arts.

As a teacher, he has taught English, music and theatre at many schools in Buenos Aires. (Palermo Chico, All Saints, St. Luke’s, St. Patrick’s, San Ignacio and others.)

For many years, aided by his training in psychology, teaching and art, and through his Production Company and academy, Axel has promoted projects for his students to develop their artistic personality, motivating playing and creativity.

At St. Andrew’s, Axel is Head of the Arts Department.
