An escape room, also known as an "escape game", is an adventure game in which players solve a series of puzzles and riddles using clues, hints, and strategy to complete the objectives at hand.

Players are given a set time limit to uncover the secret plot which is hidden within the room.

The Y5 children participated in "Escapolis" as a trigger for the Ancient Greece Project. In teams, they had to open a treasure chest following clues, and discover the secrets to the past.

The winning team was entitled to claim different prizes, like being the first to choose the Topic of Research in the Ancient Greece Project, and extra break time.

It was great fun and a great honour to all that took part.

Congratulations to the winners of the laurel wreaths!!!
