Wednesday, December 3rd at 6.00 pm all our five year olds went into the Primary School Hall escorted by one of our former pupils and bagpiper playing Scottish Music. They proudly sat by their teachers and listened attentively to what was meant to be the last message given to them by their Headmistress.

Her message was related to all the things they learnt at the kindergarten, to make good use of their knowledge, to share it with others, to develop their potential with joy, effort and commitment. She talked about how important it is to try their best, following their dreams and talents and always taking into account the importance of what really counts: our values. Cooperation, respect, friendliness, care, responsibility and honesty were some of the ones mentioned.

After delivering her message to the group of future graduates, they proceeded to give out the diplomas accompanied by a loud applause coming from the audience, teachers and friends.

Once they finished, they sang two songs about following their dreams and working hard to make them come true.

A slideshow of the different activities carried out throughout the year by the three groups of five year olds was shown to the families of the graduates.

Every year we celebrate and recognise at the Graduation, teachers who are working at our school for 10 or 25 years. This time we were very honoured and happy to give that recognition to our great teacher Sylvia Papazian, who with passion, loyalty and commitment served her post as a kindergarten teacher in our institution for 25 years. Her family was invited to the event and she was given a warm and loud applause by our Community.

We also valued the wonderful work of our three K5 room mothers: Vicky, Camila and Carolina and the commitment and passion for Community Service and her spirit of solidarity of Clara.

We wish all our Graduates the best for their Primary schooling!
