The Froggies started the school year learning about "CARNIVAL". We investigated and learnt how people celebrated this festivity in our country and other parts of the world such as Brazil and Italy. We watched videos and looked at books too.
Then we decided to get everything ready to celebrate  carnival at school. The children made their own masks, maracas out of junk material and, of course, they made confetti cutting up many coloured tissue papers.
The day of the celebration the children came to school dressed up in their favourite costumes.
We all had a wonderful and very happy time dancing and moving to the rhythm of the music, under a  rain of confetti! !!!!!
